$85,000 Soft Tissue Verdict

Andre v. Lehrle, Multnomah County Case No. 17CV49480 Plaintiff Andre was driving through a green light in northeast Portland when Defendant Lehrle made a turn directly in front of her causing a significant collision.  Andre alleged that the crash caused soft-tissue injuries to her neck, back, shoulders, knee wrists, and head.  She claimed that some of the injuries were permanent. She sought $27,087.68 in past medical expenses, $25,000 for future medical expenses and $350,000 for non-economic damages. Defendant Lehrle admitted fault and that he caused some injury but disputed the extent of the injuries and Andre’s damages.
