Defendant Brandes rear-ended plaintiff Anderson on SW Capitol Highway.  Anderson claimed that the crash caused her injuries including a right sternoclavicular dislocation, torn shoulder labrum, rotator cuff dysfunction, and soft-tissue sprains and strains.
