Jennings v. Orlov, Multnomah County Case No. 18CV29007
Plaintiff Jennings claimed that he was at a light stopped waiting to make a turn when Defendant Orlov approached at high speed and rear-ended him. He claimed that the crash caused him soft -tissue injuries to his back and leg as well as a concussion. He sought $4,561.02 for damage to his vehicle and $5,438.98 for non-economic damages. Jennings also requested attorney’s fees according to ORS 20.080.
Defendant Orlov alleged that Jennings was the at-fault driver for failing to yield the right of way by suddenly pulling out directly in front of Orlov.
