Bus Passenger MVA Verdict

Perry v. Lee, Multnomah County Case No. 15CV23992
Plaintiff Perry was a passenger on a city bus that was stopped at a bus stop when it was struck from behind by Defendant Lee. Perry claimed that the impact caused him injury to his neck and back along with posttraumatic headaches and bruises.  He sought $2,574.66 for past medical expenses, $6,425.34 for lost wages and $1,000.00 for non-economic damages.

Defendant Lee admitted liability for the crash but contested the amount of Perry’s damages.
