Defense Verdict in Intersection Crash Case

Plaintiff Lacey was traveling westbound on SE Powell Boulevard when she came to the intersection of Powell and SE 10th. She intended to take a left turn. She claimed that traffic was backed up in the eastbound direction which left her a gap to make a left turn across the oncoming traffic lanes. She alleged that Defendant Hofer was in the eastbound lane behind the vehicles that were creating a gap at the intersection.
