Dental Malpractice Defense Verdict
Thompson v. David R. Tenhulzen MD DMD PC, Multnomah County Case No.1306-08612
Plaintiff Thompson was a patient of Defendant Tenhulzen to have several teeth removed. During the process of removing tooth #32, Thompson’s right lingual nerve was severed. Thompson claimed that the nerve was severed because Tenhulzen and his staff failed to perform the procedure competently. She also alleged that Tenhulzen failed to inform her of the risks of the procedure adequately.
Tenhulzen denied liability.
