Plaintiff was hit by Defendant in a rear-end car crash on I-205. Plaintiff alleged injuries including strains and sprains to his back and neck including aggravation of a pre-existing back injury requiring surgery. He sought $29,802.18 in medical expenses, $39,000 in future medical expenses and $350,000 in non-economic damages.
